This is desolate Arati..utterly desolate. feel like reaching out to console hapless branches outstretched for alms as if. On the other side part of me feels it is some sort of dark lightening.

yes nirlep - there were so many possible interpretations of this. after making this image, on the flight back, i saw river deltas that looked like this too. it is a wonderful oft-repeated pattern in nature. when i saw the tree and the clouds, i saw in them ... grains! there was no other treatment possible in my mind, at least then
