Exploring a new Dimension!
With us constantly trying to explore new possibilities in creative photography, I thought of exploring one of the most basic yet unused dimensions at our disposal, TIME!

By presenting small timelapses as a GIF image I realised I could use "time" as an extra dimension for presenting my images, which until now had used time as a static variable. With this technology we can now convert the static variable into a dynamic dimension which can be explored while presenting the image, bringing still images and movies a step closer.

Again this is not something new as GIFs have been in existence for a long time now. I am just using this technology to tell my nature stories in a new way, that's all! I will be exploring this exciting dimension yet again with another visual in the coming days.

The conventional static image which I had shared earlier, as you can see the the story has a completely different feel when presented in this way, compared to the static image.

Thanks for exploring!

Harsha this is stupendous! I did not have the courage to write a single word before marking it 10/10. For me it is ground breaking work full of import of which I'm still to gather. I'm sure your image will give us a lot to ruminate. How time works, how time shows, how time moves are some of the questions which crop up seeing this work of yours. A very interesting way to study relative time by placing a fast moving activity against a slow one, like measuring the life cycle of a moth against a mammoth's. Amazing!!
