Made this image in a local park (near Dortmund-Germany). The exaggerated rendering at edges from a wide angle lens often provides some nice perspectives & depth to an image.

Techs:
Nikon D300 + Nikkor 12-24mm AF-S + Circ Pol + tripod
f/13, 1/6, ISO200

Autumn is so full of rich colours varying from shades of greens, yellows to red. Pure pleasure to watch the colourful leaves sailing in breeze everywhere.

Brilliant shot, Kaushik. The eyes move slowly and gracefully over the leaves in to the distance. The high DOF makes it one smooth ride. Also the colors compliment each other well.

Beutifully composed image Kaushik. I think this will make a nice print. A very powerful composition with that prominent tree in the back ground adding a lot to portray the depth. I think a bit of fine sharpening to bring details in the foreground leaves would not hurt. Thanks for sharing..

Amazing foreground and foreground all the way, the foreground leads you into the image and the leaf pattern and colour escorts you into the frame, a very well presented shot. A little bit of sharpness could add to the image. Fall colours is something we miss here.

This image reminds of John Shaw photos. A replica I would say :). Terrific image and technically perfect in my opinion. Though am not sure on how creative is this and hence decided to only admire the beauty you have posted and am not rating it. But plz let me assure this image has touched me to the bottom of my heart. :) Fantastic.

Kaushik, this is a fantastic work. You have handled the DoF very well. Totally in love with those colors. Along with a bit more sharpening I would have also increased the contrast of the foreground (with curves?). I think the image can certainly stand that much of processing. Anyways, a very well composed image and thanks for sharing it here.

This is amazing work Kaushik. Using the trees as anchor points is what makes this image for me! Foreground emphasis has a definite impact on the viewer and drags the viewers eyes to "the end of the red carpet". I Love it! No nits here!
