The best zoom burst image I have ever seen. Edges of the leaves look like Mandelbrot's set ! Amazing execution here Praveen. Right decision on your part going B&W. Congrats on this one.

I am failing words here. Brilliant is a stark understatement for this masterpiece. And to say I have exactly the same perspective from Manali of a giant Sal tree. But this just blows it out into the water. Too Good

This is certainly divine. I like the way the effect is enhanced by monochrome. A very different shot from you. The use of zoom burst is a very good choice and well thought off. Zoom bursts are quite effective in conveying action or motion when there is none. I think by pooling some of the zoom burst images on this forum and elsewhere a small article on how we can get creative can be done.

Excellent image Praveen. Many bows!! What I like the most apart from the obvious zoom bust is the way you have positioned yourself so close and perfect parallel alignment to the tree trunk! It must have been extremely tough for you to get this perfect alignment. Fantastic effort and gem of an image here. I loved it.

I decided to come back to this image again. My experience with zoom burst or similar techniques are very low. While trying to deeply think how beautifully this image was created, I thought the most interesting part in the image was the zoom burst effect appearing on the sun's rays while the leaves and the tree is exempted from the effect. Very interesting technique and I would appreciate Praveen if you kindly share the knowledge about how to make such exclusions while making zoom burst images, enthusiasts like me who learn so much from CNP can be enlightened further.
