Life in cold desert - Reprise
Thought provoking scene it was. This land is barren and cold. A place where man can die of frost bite as well as sun stroke at the same time. Ever expected an expanse of sand dunes? The texture almost similar to what you see in deserts and the grains as fine as you see on the sea shore. Strange is the mother nature. Blown away by the winds of change are these sands of time, the greens hold on to the virtual ground to respect the 'wheel of life'. Is there a choice except for, to hold on and survive? I see a relation to our lives as Humans. Do you?

Thanks for looking. Appreciate your thoughts.

A nice one Pramod... Liked the subtle pattern on the sand and the position of the bush in the frame... a small hick-up for me is the whitish thing on the sand near the bottom...

Super man! The thoughts behind the image ties in really well with the image itself. "The green holding on to virtual ground" is truly true! I am glad you saw this photo opp, as I missed it. The texture of the rippled sand adds the extra kick to the image. This image showcases the tenacity of life very well.

"Alone" - Exellent image Pramod - we well seen. I would consider adjusting the contrast levers to get the better definition of textures and ripples. The logo at the right bottom looks more prominent and drags eyes towards it :)

Thanks for sharing..

I liked this image Too. It's like desert creature. Agree with Ganesh on bit contrast for highlighting sand pattern.

Lovely composition Pramod. Like the sand ripples running across diagonally and the lone bush amidst the sand.
I feel that the bush is a bit over-sharpned (but perhaps my laptop monitor is deceiving my eyes).

For me images like these are what are called as Stepping stones for next generation of Nature photography in INDIA called CREATIVE LANDSCAPE PHOTOGRAPHY.
Having seen things from west - its high time we too demonstrate them the beauty that we have.
Technical side of things - i really love the simplistic composition and basic tonalities.
Wish i could see some more contrast on the sand and a bit more of saturation on the greens. Vibrancy slider on PS should come in very handy here.
Also the logo and signature are grabbing lot of attention as the frame is very simplistic - you might want to consider thinking about it in your future images.
