Frozen
Last couple of days temperature dropped to -11 degree celcius in the night. Nearby lakes froze to the cold. These birds still feel cosy :-) on this frozen lake. I processed this from medium resolution JPEG rather from RAW and hence slight low in image quality.

This is an amazing frame. The comp and the interaction works very well and the color tones go so well. I would love to see another comp with the birds in the lower 1/3rd of the frame.

Beatiful contrast of the birds on the snow. I felt that the mother and chicks looking at each other is what makes the image special. tfs.
