Jump
Back from two weeks of vacation, yet to catch up with all the posted images here, hope to do so as soon as possible..

Another image from Daroji. After seeing a few jumps I decided to make an image emphasizing curves and light. Thanks for your views..

Vijay Sirdesai's earlier photograph was interesting with the touch of greens to it. Brilliant angle this has been shot at and the "action" is really well-defined and the way the rocks have been framed here is very appealing. Was wondering about the impact of this photograph if the bottom portion of the two rocks (especially if they curved further inwards) had been present. Would this have added to the effect or rendered the "protagonist" insignificant?

makes for a nice poster on meeting challenges and other inspirational quotes! The relative small size of the squirrel when compared to the distance between the rocks is the main eye catch here and the fact that the tiny squirrel has gone for the challenge is the main draw. Its not apparent if he did complete a successful jump but that's not important, its the willingness to attempt the jump which is. and the mind alwasy likes to believe that the challenge was accomplished. So yes its a perfect poster material in all ways.

A very interesting compo... Love the light on the stones. Apart from that, I don't see my eyes catching onto anything else.... Thanks for sharing

Very challenging one to get the squirel in the frame with these two huge boulders. Nice composition with contrasty boulders.
