Triptych - Version 02
This is another Triptych attempt i made ( presentation wise ) with an image i just made last sunday during a family outing.

I felt triptych need not always be 3 diff image, but can be one image split into 3 parts. Here i used a single rock landscape and have presented it this way which i felt gave a diff dimension to Triptychs.

Some more experiments on Triptychs coming in few more days in my site and here.

Would love to know your comments and critique on the same.

Hey Presentation master :), you are doing some great work here. Though I dont know anything about making these tryptychs but I was wondering why limit the mind to only 3 images in a row, why not 4 images, 2 up and 2 down, like a cube having 4 cubes inside ? Then another frame with a panel of 6 or 9, 3 images in each layer. But I simply loved your idea of one vertical, one horizontal and another vertical in the last one. When the mind is free of rigidity, just about anything is possible. Now the only thing which I am thinking here is if this had been my image, I would have levelled frame 1 and frame 3 at the position of the 3rd frame. You know what I mean, that would have perhaps helped to mentally align the dip in the left part of the mountain in the 2nd frame with the 1st frame. Well, 2 minds can never see same and think alike, but overall, great presentation.

How about reducing the distance between the frames a bit Shiva? I feel they are far too wide to associate a continuity from one frame to the other.

Shiv, I liked the tapered or slope effect here. I agree on space between tiles. In my opinion it may look good if horizons in all images are aligned and keeping the tiles in same position.
