Amidst the Forest
For a long long time I have been away from the forums, although working in a Tiger Reserve presents a lot of opportunities but to really plan and bag an image is something which will take time as I am just settling down. This image is more towards participation rather than any creative juices flowing a known and often done technique of using the natural vegetation to give a burn effect here.

The blur creates an illusion of one deer although there are two of them there.

VMR, am stunned to see this . This is a true nature visual. The Indian forests are blessed to have so many different kinds of habitats, open grasslands to deep canopy. Making images in grasslands are preferable due to easy to handle visuals, but these are the one's which require a lot of talent to make a frame out of it, have photographic balance and provide the essence of the habitat. Ganesh once mentioned something like shooting in clutters which are not organized according to the photographer's choice. This image reminds me of that statement :).
