Excellently thought image Shankar! I just loved that pink! It looks very soothing! The composition is also very apt to my taste. The only minor nit could have been the incomplete petal on the lower left part. Overall a wonderful and a 'different' image! Thanks for sharing!

Nice color here Shankar. I like pink partly covering the flower too. As far as the composition goes, I think it is slightly heavier on right top. Wish something in left corner or more space on left would have helped create better asymmetric balance ? Just my thoughts. A creative experiement here..

Ganesh, I too feel the same about the composition. My intension was to cover 1/4 of the flower including the centre portion. May be it could have worked if I had moved my camera little away from the flower.

Fantastic color rendition here Shankar. I am just thinking, had the transition been smoother the effect would have been even more better. But I love this image too! Very beautiful work!
