Kites and Rings
This is similar Ganesh's image. It was most difficult to shoot kites as we were almost staring at the Sun. I took 15min to recover from tearing eyes :-).
Used 28mm f/2.8 manual focus lens with Cir PL filter. Welcome your comments and suggestions.

Careful Shankar...viewing the sun through the lens is not a good idea...the rainbow glare (not sure f it was real or from the lens internal reflection) makes this image for me. Even the composition has been well done. Something different and new for me (as I have not seen Ganesh's image).

Each mm at wider side makes lot of difference in perspective Shankar. I like your version better than mine since it is more lively compared to my version. Lots of difference between 18mm (my image) and 28mm perspective in terms of mood it creates. Thanks for sharing..

Sudhir, it was rainbow and we could see it through bare eyes, not lens glare.

Sudhir, Thank you for suggestion and I am careful always :-) I know looking into sun through the Lens is dangerous. It's the brightness around the sun / rainbow caused the unrest to eyes. BTW it's not Lens Flare, it was a clear rainbow ring around the Sun and hence I made this image with Kites in it :-)

Very interesting perspective, the presence of the kites enlarge the vision. I really like this images as it clearly tells everyone that one should try to shoot the Sun, this is just fantastic.
