The dashes of color scattered across the frame make this image look beautiful. Also the sharp subject interrupted by blurred out elements adds to the beauty!
Very interesting frame, Rahul. A bit puzzling too. Is that blur a result of wet lens/filter surface? It adds a unique perspective to the image. Nicely done. You might want to hold back the sharpening of the in-focus parts to avoid those halos.
