Hello everyone,
I am in Dhaka, and its going great till now, learning bangla, knowing the culture, the people, places, and studying photography. This shot was taken in my friends village called jaymangal. Hope my gurus like it.

I have seen similar images of only tree in grasslands of Africa and our own. I always felt photographically they are very pleasing. You are sharing another perspective of such scenes with your title here Nirvair - "I will soon be gone too..." which suddenly brings the opposite mood to the image. It is interesting physically nothing changed as far as such images go, but the perspective in mind changed completely. I think an image serves to be a trigger for complex interactions in the brain. Success of an image depends on the result of those triggers in mind. Thanks for sharing your thoughts here Nirvair. Good luck to your studies..

Along with your perspective, I take the chance to also appreciate how Ganesh has thrown light on how the mood of visualizing an image changes with the caption. In the forum we have often left images untitled ( including me ) and felt leaving them untitled helped to keep an open mind to allow the mind to interpret the image in many ways, again apt and subtle titles like this one in your image truly changes the way we begin to look at things. Beautiful, both of you.

Hello my gurus,
I have been taking more of street pictures in Dhaka and old Dhaka. This one was taken outside Dhaka which is completely a different landscape, and I just cant help not taking nature pictures, so shot this one. I totally agree with Ganesh ji, and the way he puts it makes it more convincing. In pathshala we are learning to give captions for most of the images we get, rather then keeping them " untitled" and that actually makes a huge difference in the way you perceive an image. Though i think i have been already in that learning process of giving captions since i joined CNP. :-)

Loved this one Nirvair, the central placement is perfect, will make a good wall hanger.
I feel the horizon is a bit tilted.

One of your best images Nirvair. This one is just perfect to my taste. Clear space above the tree is just like Nirvana.
And ofcourse philosophical title.
