Nice perspective Bhatre!! What's the light on the front? I too saw it last weekend when I was coming from Ombattu Gudda. I couldn't shoot it as I was in Bus. The whole mountain was burning!! Are you sure, if that was intended fire & not accidental?

What a timing, Sudhir. Never knew Hesarghatta had such a variety and this image amazingly sums up the variety. The light, low level perspective makes it really special.

Fantastic Ganesh!! The rim light, action & the tough situation in this scene demands a huge round of applause for you for pulling this on off!! Just wondering, adding couple of inches of canvas to the left & making it landscape, would that breach the ethics boundary?

Thanks everyone for your comments. Ganesh - I agree the top layer of clouds is what made the scale to look effective. I have another composition where the top layer is removed but I liked this one for the impact.

Lovely perspective Ganesh. I liked the freshness in the image in terms of perspective. I've been to Ramanagar and I've not "seen" this
I tool agree on the closeness. If you were closer, I think it could have been more dramatic.
