sriram, lovely image here, impact is lovely with the decision to go monotone, the form of the peacock with its relation to the surrounding branches so completes the frame..lovely

Ganesh, i did edit the initial description...i just rethought, " that why am i explaining what i did here", probably its very evident, as most veiwers posting on this forum , are in a "creative ,experimental mode". :):) so repeating..what i edited.. wanted to experiment with aesthetics..that were in direct contrast to serene, quiet,zen-like and restfull. Decided to combine" a lot of tricks" ( as Sri harsha has called them) shooting through glass, including a frame, wetplate style processing and "a little bit of a lot happening" with out of focus.. circles.. grain, etc etc.. Harsha says " i missed out the, OOF and Blur tricks..here.. so coming up , in another post. :):):):) Ganesh, thanks for the Tips, i will rework as per your suggestions... i see emphasizing the shadows, would add so much, i love it, how a shadow...tells you the time of day.

all has been said, loved Nirleps interpretation of "huddled for the night shelter", the simplicity speaks volumes, the different directional lines, horizontal, crisscrossing, running towards us, hints at the waves crashing patterns, making this come alive , and the twin shells nestled comfortably adds that emotion, that tug . life and death on this journey. very touching. Ganesh, i marvel at the meaning you bring to little oft seen scenes , we must have passed by umpteen times.

Vikram, quite eyecatching and refreshing for sure. echoing what others have pointed out already, wondering if some kind of multiple exposure technique could have taken away the physical reality and added a mood or dreaminess to this wonderful frame.

Ganesh, how delicate and wispy this is, one can feel its immediate urgency to fly and take off... i marvel at the exposure mastery here, to not miss the fine glint on each strand and one learns to appreciate the finer nuances in ur frames, truly representative of "god is in the small things"..... so much we are oblivious to, as the noise and cacophony grab our attention first. so much peace washes over , when we experience your images. hats off...

Ravi, love this image, just love the way the strings reverbrate as in a string instrument. your apt title, directs the veiwers minds, along the path of interpretation by you the creator and forms this lovely bond threeways between you, the image and us. love the sharp slice of focus somewhere in the middle and diffusing out to the edges... enjoying the vibrancy of the colours...oh wonderful nature.. well done.
