Thanks for your views Hrishikesh and Praveen. yes, I too felt a little more shutter speed would have helped to render the raindrops better.. maybe next time when I can get all the combination to work together :)

Very nice effect Sacha, the colour/flow of water and color/oof of the leaves makes this really interesting. A print would be best enjoyed from distance imo.

Thanks for your view Vikas & Shivang. My intention was to get the bird oof on the other end but that plan was not falling in place. Maybe next time that way or with more attention only to the feathers.

Beautiful light (on sand & the leaf) and sand pattern Madhav. Composing the main (high)light slightly on left to make it to be on the center would have also been good imo.

Thank you all for your kind views. Nilanjan ji & Vikas - Yes, its problem with the laptop monitor which is my only digital darkroom device atm. The trees and bit of light rays are moderately defined but when I had checked on a better monitor, it looked slightly under exposed. Hope to settle down with better darkroom setup soon. And yes, eager to know to Ganesh's view as always. Saravana - Good to know that, I am sure you will come with splendid image someday which will be unique in its own way. Actually, I should had mentioned it as Thirsty "for Light" in description. These (old couple) trees are actually sprouting from water but having experienced overcast winter days continuously, to me they looked to be thirsty for light. I have tried to depict the thirst for light in the whole image by itself and tiny amount of light rays falling to be similar to last drops of water being consumed by a thirsty person who expects more to come out of the water source. I had made Awaiting[/url:bvtxyaza] few years back where the barren tree was thirsty and begging the clouds for water. Good and happy to know your views, cheers.

Artistic image Arati, the last sun of February is lovely and predictable where as rest of the image unfolds many predictions.

Nice light (seems to compliment the white egret(?)) on the baby Radha, wish other three were spaciously positioned to get defined structure of them. Not easy in nature but that would have enhanced the image greatly imo.

Nice one Samyak, love the subtle panning and wish you were able to get the head of the first one as well. Or is this a photograph to decide the winner in a race ?? ;)

Thank you all, appreciate your inputs. If I am in love with something, I tend to put it in right in the middle breaking few rules :). I have posted the reworked version in illustration forum : viewtopic.php?f=9&t=638 Your views about it would help decide on which version to baseline and print, thanks.

Nice to know that Shiv.. I initially had 'Cowebs on my mind' as the title for this image, interesting to note how few (or most of us in this forum) have similar thought process. While I had not come across yours earlier, I just realized that Prithvi also had one of his image with same title & similar experience.

Nice moody image Rishit, undefined trees due to mist creates a great ambiance and yes, even I would prefer cooler tone for this.

This is OOF bokehs formed by light (during sunset) on water Ganesh. This image to me kind of reflects my state of mind at times where there is that urge to come with something unique but how its unclear, confused (has some clarity though) for a while to achieve that. For instance, a little more controlled focus for this shot would have made the bokehs more defined but then that is something which I had already come across somewhere sometime by someone :).

Great shot Praveen. I had tried something similar here[/url:3fsxi5y9] but couldn't nail it perfectly as this. You might have already given it a thought but I believe B&W would give better mood.

Nice graphical image here Sacha. Guess a slight counterclockwise tilt is required and agree with Vikram about the botton 50% crop.

Excellent image Ganesh. Great point of view, lighting on the frog and subtle over exposure of the water goes well together along with the shallow dof. Wish to see another frame where the waterfall is better defined.

Beautiful image Swapnil. First thing that comes to my mind is one of Nilanjan's creation but then focus on the baby along with contrast in tones between the baby and adult creates the difference here.

Thank you Shankar, Manjunath & Vikas. Feels nice when some one is able to see what you wanted them to see :). It was wild wind, wilder than I predicted and wanted infact. Many scenes were happening in quick span when I made this.. like stream of light falling on landscape of wild yellow flowers and before I could capture that, came the wind scaring my lone presence enough to blow me off. And before I could capture the fierceness of wind, came the rain to pack me and me gear off for shelter. This was exposed for 75 seconds though my intention was to expose for about 2 minutes in order to get more blur on the flowers (as well as the leaves on the tree) in foreground. But then I did not want the rain to wipe even the one I could make that day and so had to stop. I intend to make more different Avatars of the wind in future, hope nature befriends me.
