I am loving your creations Lila ... you seem to have a natural panache towards subtle evocative creations...what i also like is your subtle hints through your captions which makes the viewer weave out the rest thru his/her imagination...Do keep them coming...Thanks, Abhisek

An intriguing perspective !!! it would be probably interesting to see a version depleted of even the slightest hint of the forest scape ... Ganesh Anna...Thanks for sharing the other image !! Wonder how u can remember all the images and draw these parallels !!

Completely agree with GaneshAnna! This is an unique frame Pratik !! Transports me back in time to the obscured childhood memories of illustrative cartoons displayed in local fares on cloth displays against petromax lamps !! I can almost hear the sound of madal and other musical cacophony of a fare in a tribal set up ... Great image Pratik !!

The frame has a draconian feel of forlong memories...Very thoughtful and imaginative!! Am loving it as presented but just want to the see the impact or the loss of it if the blacks on the animal is just opened up very very slightly...

Very unique and original frame...indeed it breaths freshness... Had it been mine i wud have probably kept the objects in the frame all in focus ... but that's just an individual preference ...

I wanted to use the foreground leaves to give a feel of turning over a new leaf in a book kind of you know Sravan .... without the same the frame was looking very bare to me ... but i take your point that it may not suit our individual tastes...

Very well balanced frame, Gaurav !! I have a bias for monotones ... so I am just trying to imagine this in monochromes and trying to enjoy further ... :)

Thanks GaneshAnna !! [i:3mg3mmz2]"Make a fine print"[/i:3mg3mmz2] is a different beast altogether which i have dared not explored yet...In case you happen to have a starting point which we can read through to form an initial idea would help...but of course this is more of a learning by doing so not sure if there is any beginners guide as such :) And thankfully it confirms that my calibration is alright ... have not played around much with the calibration device ... almost in "new" condition for resale :) But indeed I seem to have been a bit overboard with those structures here ... Thanks for pointing GaneshAnna!

A beautiful image in my book...what makes it more elegant is the thought process behind, as expressed through the caption...the toning is also sublime giving it the perfect blend of warmth and despair...Loved it, Lila !

That philosophical brooding on the concept of "death" is something which is not just of academic interest I guess, GaneshAnna...I think it gives a lot of understanding on "life" itself and its expressions in the pursuit of an artistic expression. Intellectualism and pseudo intellectualism has got a very fine line...to which , I completely agree with you, that "[i:sbwos5j7]we shouldn't ignore the large span of time between now and the end[/i:sbwos5j7]"!!

It indeed is Ganesh Anna...a fairy world where dreams are often created to be broken with the harsh realities that we wake up to... A more apt optimistic title would have been just "Togetherness" ... however had been a little glum off late (for no obvious reasons !! ) and had been looking at things with a bit of disillusion ... Somehow I felt all this "togetherness" that we cherish, our relationships, our promises seems to be so fragile when pitted against time...bcoz at the end, all of it would be rendered futile by the certainty of the [i:1345i7jh]inevitable[/i:1345i7jh]. I think i need some more time to reconcile myself with the concept of death...
