On Slowing Down And Making an Image

Postby AratiRao » Tue Nov 29, 2011 9:31 am

A beautiful account by the excellent Sam Abell on how he made that bison-skull image for the National Geographic, over a year-and-a-half. I remember mentioning this to some of you at the CNP meet, thought i should post it - for completeness.

I found many lessons here.

Don't miss the last minute :) it adds a new dimension to the story - and probably all our stories.

I loved the way he critiqued his own work so honestly, this is a very important lesson, we might get tons of critique from others but being honest with ourselves is very important.
Thanks for sharing Arati.
