CNP Meet !

Friends,

In past we had discussed about CNP Meet but we could not make it. We are here now with a proposal !

How about a two day meeting at a location in Western Ghats ? The choice we came up is Simha Farms
The tentative dates are arriving at Simha farms on 18th Nov morning (Friday) and departing on Sunday morning/evening (we can decide). The Simha Farms is run by our photographer friend Adithya Biloor. You can visit the link above to read more. Approximate cost
per person for *two days* excluding the travel cost is about Rs. 1500/- (includes food (veg) during the entire stay. i.e. 3 break fast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner , coffee/tea.
and accommodation). They have one dormitory and two cottages and camping tents which can accomodate more than 24 people.

Detailed agenda can be worked out including - discussions/talks/photo sessions/print display etc...

How do I know who is attending?

I intend to travel a day earlier ( or can extend a day later ) any one else ?

We will post a thread to know who will be attending. First we wanted to get a rough number so that we could work on the logistics needed etc.

I think the next step is to arrive at the list of names, travel mode, reservations, agenda for the meet etc.. We will post a thread today on the same...
