Convered to monochrome, slightly reduced the noise. Not sure whether it goes well with the title.

Thank you Prashanth for processing this image! Lesser noise is more appealing. The reason why i shied away from B&W was orange glow which is typical of city lights. But this B&W version looks interesting!
