I am not too sure about getting little of visual order ,by cropping top portion...This will make somewhat panocrop....
Would love to know your views on this.

Jayesh, I like this a lot actually, I think the subtle defined colours are adding a lot to the mood of the image. Its the variation in colours which are providing the anchor points for my eyes at least. I was thinking the other day apart from defined shapes what else could act as anchor points in an image. Colours definitely can. I think this one is really good. The experts would be able to judge it better.

Jayesh, for me the lower portion of the image had repeating patterns which was easy to decipher while the top part of the image had a kind of random patterns which was affecting flow - hence the comment on visual order. Crop definitely helped and I think color version works better in this case.
