Welcome to CNP!
We are a non-commercial friendly group of nature photographers with a keen interest in creativity and art of expressions!
Unlike other nature photo sharing forums on the net here we have a narrow focus on creativity and art in nature photography. Here we are trying to learn how to make creative and artistic images of nature. Please do make sure you are interested in this aspect of nature photography before sending us your membership request !
Members of CNP may not appreciate all "beautifully" blurred typical nature portraits made by lens. We clearly want to see what *you* have to show as a photographer beyond the equipement you are using. We don't have any interest is discussing merits of different lenses, cameras, Canon vs. Nikon etc. We really don't care whether you use 600mm F4 with D3x or a Coolpix point and shoot. We strongly believe both can be used as tools to make world class memorable images if you think before pressing the shutter.
Our interest is only in originality and art of expressions. Please read our posting guidelines to know more.

I have read through your posting guidelines and terms of service. I would like to become a member of CNP.
My name (mandatory) : Your real name goes here.
My location (mandatory) : Your city & country
My preferred user id (You have to use your real name here and is mandatory) : Your user id to login to CNP.
We will not create accounts with cryptic characters. It will make our life difficult to address you in the forum if you use cryptic user names.
We will create an account with this name and your E-mail address which you used to send us your request.
My photographic work : Link to your website/Facebook profile/Flickr Album/Picasa Album if any.
If you don't have your work on the web then please send us 3 images which you think is in line with the vision of CNP (1000 pixels in longer side, jpg).
By now you might know we have a very narrow focus here, we do want to build team of photographers who are really interested in art and creative aspects of nature photography - not the hit and run type :)

If your interest matches with our vision for CNP then after we receive your request and going through your profile of images we will create your account and get back to you at the earliest. If we are in concrete jungle (Bangalore) we may create your account in couple of days. If we are away in real jungle doing photography it might take up to a week - please bear with us till then.
Please help us critique as many images as you can. Quality is more important than quantity.
Comments like "Beautiful", "Wow", "I like it", "great" etc are just useless and we are not counting
them here !!

We strongly believe a critique of an image is a creation in itself. Use this as an opportunity to share your inner thoughts. What you think works and what can be improved further can be a good starting point.
We would love to have you as part of the CNP family. It is a forum to learn from everyone like you.
