Egrets
I went back to the same place where I made my egrets and forest image at Sykes point in Dandeli Sanctuary and found the same subjects early morning in the river, I chose to make some different perspectives, there was a lot of haze.

wow! brilliant yet again!! The green haze and the white of egrets complement each other very well here. The dry tree stumps also add a kind of nostalgic effect to the picture IMO. If only the Egrets were better defined this would have been a true killer!! And the image can use a bit more sharpening I guess.
Its so nice to go back to places you know because you know what to expect and would also be willing to try out new experiments.

Beautiful effect. Looks like the real bordering on surreal.

Thank you for your wishes Lingaraj and Sriharsha I agree on the sharpening making the egrets more defined, I just left it as I found that since it was shot in haze it would render a lot of noise and make the scene contrasty taking away the mood

Beautiful image VMR - It has a very subtle mood in it. Also, it has some painting like feeling. Not sure whether you could have avoided first two dry branches on lower left corner from some other angle - we take what we get in nature photography.

This is heavenly image! Flight of the egret on the right has made this image dynamic and the mood is inexplicable. Typical of Dandeli and one of the best places that I have visited so far. I also see some half submerged stumps to the right of the frame which creates a sense of curiosity in my mind. Very well balanced image this. Love it.

VMR, Beautiful situation and creation. I think exposure is damn accurate and hence the effect.
