Very nice patterns here. The golden light and the sand pattern catches my eyes. My taste would crop some pixels from the bottom, the area where the light diminished. For me that is reducing the impact of the image a bit and I would definitely go with wider dimension of the image than the almost square as present. Full marks for the seeing however and hanks for sharing...

Hello Nevil,

I like this image very much. The obvious attractions include the striking contrast, beautiful colours, and the repeating pattern. Less obvious, but having an impact on my enjoyment of the image, is the slightly radial nature of upper portion of the image and the exceptionally faint ripples along the right side of the frame. Virtually nothing in this image that I would change.
