A pika basking on the rocks near Moraine Lake, Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. May 08.
Sorry for the burry pic. I got too greedy and tried to get close fast. The pika dived into its hole and soo the rain set in.

This is an amazing setting, I wish there was some strong light, the rock in front eats into the focus on the Pika. Wish there was a way to exclude the front rock and still convey the vastness of the boreal forest.

Nice visualisation here Anand. Liked the feel of the coniferous forest. Agree with VMR about the wish that there were more light so that you get a contrast on the forest part as well. Thanks for sharing.
