The Urban Perch
I had made this image from a balcony on 4th floor. There were some cables hanging vertically from terrace towards the floor, some cables were tied from one building to the another.

I loved the visual drama created by the cables here and the minimalist feel with the bird as main subject..

The image was made in 2014, comments and critics are welcome.

Thank you :)

This is a nice image. LOng lines are interesting. A square crop may also look nice, of course with a different feel.

Liked the way you composed it..Vertical frame, lines, position of bird & combination of blue sky & cloud in background.

Such images are portraying completely changed trends in wildlife and nature photography, where photographers are least concerned about the species and more dependent on the graphical values of the scenario.
a fine graphical presentation here.

Beautifully captured. Non-uniform cables add to the beauty.

Utterly stunning!, Dhaivat. One of my fav from you :)
Also like the feel of the less tensed/free-falling cables, that makes this quite uncommon bird on the wire image.
Tfs.

A very interesting and intriguing frame....also indicates an acceptance and adaptability to the way of life now where natural perches are not always available.
