Reflections make us reflect so you're right in saying "nothing to say...".
I believe quietness is the eloquence of visuals.
What we see depends not just on us but the intervening space in equal measure which is water here. Applying the image's metaphor to life in general our perception is modulated by the rippling environment of society. Paradoxically, while we like the modulation here, objective seeing would demand filtering out the ripples.
