Moonlight & the Macaques
The sun had just set, sucking out the redness from the sky leaving behind a serene blue as the macaques gathered up their favorite spot to call it a day. Some were playful and some just relaxed while a couple of them just sat there admiring the beauty that was rising before them. Could they feel it too? The sheer magic and the tranquility of the entire scene unfolding before them. It sure felt like it....

Quite graphical n nicely composed, Tharangini. I would have tried for hint of details in the moon. Is it from Hampi?
Tfs.

@ Prashanth - Thanks, yes stars would have made a definite impact, unfortunately I did not have the access or the possibility to do it at that time. Maybe with some pre-planning it can be worked on.
@Nevil ji - Thank you, yes it is in Hampi, I agree, details on the moon would have really added to the frame. But it was a bit tough since I was shooting hand held (since they do not allow tripods and monopods on the rocks) and the guard rushing us to vacate the spot. Maybe with some special permission to use tripods and stay a bit longer a lot of magic can be added to this image with both your valuable inputs. Hope to get some opportunity soon.
