This has an interesting appeal, Vikas. We can't make that from the thumbnail. The blur is very subtle. From my past experience rendering them, I think it is extremely difficult to arrive at a choice of pleasing blurs. All the blurs are not equal!! Love those random, yet orderly(!) patterns of forks. A quantum tree if I can call so :)

Yes Ganesh, it is very very difficult to arrive at pleasing blurs and 99.99% of the times i fail is getting the right (if there is one :) ) blur.

Like those intriguing forms performing ballet!, Vikas. Agree with Ganesh on getting 'right' kind of blur. One more important thing is using tripod esp when shutterspeed is slower, to avoid eye straining double edges or camera shake.

Thanks Ravi and Nevil.

Nevil,

This image is made by out of focus and not with long exposure. But i completely agree on using the tripod for long exposures.

Thanks
Vikas

Yes, Vikas. This may not, but looking at your few others in trees series, it seems that tripod would have helped to enrich further.
