Vikas, I think it would have added further if had a bit faster shutter emphasizing the long streaks. Alternatively a lone leaf in the foreground in this image with rain drops over it would have added further too - a suggestion for your next trip

Nice mood of the season, Vikas. I feel, more sharpness may also help make long streaks, more prominent.
