The patterns on the leaves and waxy layer makes this for me. The treatment of tones is very well balanced too. Thanks for sharing.

I am however conflicted about the left 15% of the image. It is not adding I believe. I would like to see the plant and its smaller neighbors till the first column of them from the right (only till the clipped leaf plant ). Just my thoughts.
