An interesting mood the image creates in our mind, Raj. It reminds me of Spinoza's preaching (there is no good or bad in nature, everything is made by us). Should I go with nature or my inevitable 'mind' is a harder philosophical question I guess.

I think the whole image could be a tad softer.

Thanks Ganesh. I was particularly happy with your reaction !!!!
I was reflecting on my approach to "Banalscapes" . I was thinking I should develop a approach similar to RK Narayan's style of writing. When he writes about a pick pocket, murderer, fraud , corrupt politician etc he does not judge, does not make them good or bad, does not impose any moral values on them, does not justify or condemn their action ... Just gently places them in a context and makes them human ( not sure if I will achieve. But I will try!!! )
This thought process matches you comment !!!

May be I went a bit over board in trying to bring out the texture. Will re-look

Raj, This looks great here rather than on Insta. Landscape looks like from some other distant abandoned planet. And the weathered texture says it all.
