Ganesh,

In the color image, white birds in the center is a bit distracting, you have nicely eliminated that with b/w conversion. However in the b/w image it is hard to identify the flowing lines as birds, a little abstraction of them would have been better?

I agree with you, Adithya. May be a little bit darker rendition of the birds in B&W would have helped. Anyway, the image itself is an 'opinion'

Monochrome conversion n grains has made this so subtle n soothing, Ganesh.

The fineness of the grains is what is appealing to me, Ganesh. I'm curious to know the kind of paper that will retain the character. I'm not sure, may be matte may add it's own character but may not reflect the fineness of the grain.

Prashanth, Matt paper for sure, but not sure of the surface characteristics. Smoother may be better I guess.
