A tree assembled
More a extension of a multi exposure like a stich. Hope that's fine

A power saw can bring a tree down in 5 mins. I wanted to imagine the "gravity" of the act by trying to put the structure back together. Imagine the amount of steel and engineering required just to make it resemble as it was before even if lifeless
Word about the process. I cut up a negative in strips and reassembled it on paper and made a gum print. BG texture was watercolor painting done beforehand. Was challenging to put the strips back in right order as I had let it mix up. But I did not try too hard and and intentionally let errors creep in

"But I did not try too hard and and intentionally let errors creep in" I loved the image and its actual Physical processing too. Always learning a lot from you.

Raj, OK, you won! I did feel very bad about the tree that got cut!! I love your dedication to do everything manually (cutting the negative and making a gum print) than digitally.

Fantastic story here. Hats off to your dedication.
In the image you might of intentionally let the errors creep in, in real life it is a hard hitting truth.

Raj, Great thought and approach. Just thinking loud to make it more appealling, will it be more intriguing if we make the strips with varied tones, contrast ?

Yes Shankar, do agree. Overall the print is too flat and lacks depth. Still learning some water color methods to build layers and give it a more character and depth
