Western Ghats of India
Standing in front there definitely gives much richer experience. How can we translate those gentle breeze, smell, lot more exposure lattitude that human eyes can perceive, expanse,....?

Thanks for your views..

This is heaven Ganesh. Yes Western Ghats, thats where the entire world is looking up to go now and including me. Your description of the gentle breeze, the smell just put me there for a while. Love the gradation in this image. These images mean more to me than the usual sunrise and sunsets that we often try to run after. Perfect conversion to monochrome. Love to wake up to this image every morning :)

Like the subtle slope/tilt feel in the image. The imaginary diagonal lines that provides a feel of movement makes the image for me.

Very classy image and appropriate with gray tones. These landscpaes must be enjoyed in large prints.

Fantastic tonal range, Ganesh. Appreciate if you could share the EXIF. I guess seeking an answer to your question is THE quest for the photographers. It is a lifelong quest and let us enjoy this journey;-)

Ganesh the shadow of the mountains cast on the mist is the main eye catch to me here. Nice to see the straight shadows slanting form the top of the peaks adding a sense of regularity (parallel lines described by the shadows) to a picture otherwise dominated by irregular wavy lines of the mountains. Its a nice contrasting play of the lines. Another large print worthy image. Wish the bottom most mountain wasn't so prominent or maybe at least, a little more brighter

thanks a lot, Ganesh, for this one.. even though it's a monochrome shot, I can still feel the colour of all of that.. and the angular lines the shadows create.. beautiful...
