Nice image for BW conversion. Neatly composed frame Praveen. Not sure but am desiring for wee bit of room towards the top.

Very nice gray scale conversion Praveen. Liked it. I too would prefer a crop of small strip at the top. But that's very minor. Thanks for sharing.

Unconventional composition here Praveen. Seem to work for me as is. Conversion is nice and emphasizes elephants nicely. Not sure whether you wanted grains in lower bottom of the frame. Thanks for sharing..
