Strands & Knots
Here is another take on an image i posted earlier called "River Hues". Due to a selection of shutter speed, waves are visible as a collection of strands and breaks as knots. Chose B&W to show textures and tones better. Appreciate your views and comments.

Nice brush stroke like rendition here Ramesh. I think you got the perfect shutter speed here to create an artistic effect. Brighter waves on left part of the frame is really nice. Left top portion of the wave seem to be contrasting to the rest of the frame. Thanks for sharing..

Strokes are better rendered here when compared your earlier image. Like Ganesh mentioned B&W suits just fine. I like it.
