I like the pano here, but the placement of the langur does not lead your eye to the slope nor to the ascent. Maybe I would go with a regular comp with the langur on the right 1/3rd looking at the slope of the rock. B/W works out well here.

Agree with VMR on the compositional front. Also, the black and white conversion can be improved to bring out more tonalities tht can be extrated from the rocks/grass to separate t from the langur. Thanks for sharing.
