Having lived near Jog Falls for 18 years I can relate to this image better RD ! Wish you had a bit more opening amidst clouds. Some times it does not open up at all for hours at Jog..

this is a nice image....some how the composition is too tight i feel ...a landscape format would have made lot of difference.....what i liked most in the image is the contrast.....very subtle but still existing to define things well....good attempt....i dont see this image in reference to jog falls but as an abstract minimalist image...is it necessary that an image should be about some thing?or tell some thing?i have seen lot of modern art works which just gives a mood or feel nothings more...and they are made in that aspect....

"A photograph is a Vision. It is how I see the subject,
not necessarily how the subject really is" this is quote made by a film director-Sangeeth Sivan brother of Santhosh Sivan.....

Couldn't really comprehend what it was from the thumbnail. Brilliant seeing here. I am sure you would have waited enough. I would also love to see a slight 'more opened' up version of the falls ( a photograph with little less of mist and more of falls).

This is indeed a fantastic visual RD, I like these mysterious kind of feel in images :), Someone living near this place for 18 years ??? Now I know where all the inspirations for such image making came from ? Ganesh, you are one lucky bloke :).
