C & C most welcome.. thanks for your time.

Many times, I find it difficult to analyze/predict whether color version turns out to be better or the blank and white. Would be good to know which works for you and the reason.

Beautiful feel to this image Bharat. Again the suggestions made for other image about low angle applies to this too I guess :) Probably stopping down the lens to render the fg sharper would added further. Thanks for sharing. I just edited the link detail to the color version since it was not opening properly.

Thank you Ganesh, Swadeepsinh. Ah, even I was wondering about the DOF myself (but few ppl seem to like it this way !! ). It was very low light condition with ISO already bumped up and I had to have high shutter speed (atleast to some extent) to freeze their action. Maybe in such condition, should have tried panning as the shutter speed can be lowered but that would create a different effect and habitat might not have turned out well.

Hmmm, when ever I go out.. I wish for best light like in your signature Ganesh :) but yes, it also depends on how we make use of the existing.
