Chaotic order
RD (why is it RD and not DR? I would like to call him D(ea)R RD ;) )calls it 'art of clutter' and I call it chaotic order, but the concept is same (I hope you agree RD).
I would like to know your views.

Adithya, when i have found and order in chaos i have used the word "Art of Clutter", more about so called "clutter" has been and is being disucssed in the forum with Shiv's image
gallery/image_page.php?album_id=1&image_id=5101
and some of my images earlier.

About this image: a bit more enhanced egrets would have been better?
and why RD and not DR ? :) shall explain when we meet, i'm sure we will :)
thanks for sharing,
-RD

Solutions to all the maladies of interpretations associated with nature lie here comfortably :-).

Of course I too see an order in the chaos here. I am undecided on the role of birds in the frame however. Will cropping 30% off from right will make it a stronger abstract ? May be even a square crop without birds ? FOr my taste buds I want to enjoy the subtle order alone - don't want to divide my attention between birds and the rest of abstraction - may be just me. You may post a discussion thread on Illustration forum to know what others think. Thanks for sharing Adithya..

Here is the cropped version as suggested by Ganesh.
It would be interesting to see a discussion on the topic clutter, chaos, order.
I request Nirlep to post his thoughts on this, if you are seeing this.

very orderly disorder, adithya. i too think birds don't give required impact here, probably due to brighter reflection around. 2nd cropped version (removing apperant ripples on the right) suggested by ganesh looks better to me.

regards.

Now that clutter art!!
Just wish the posture of the left bird was better.
An image with out the birds would also work? i.e cropping right after the thick branch that intersects the bottom of the frame.

To me both versions are good and this one is better due to the fact that it gives pano feel also shows birds habitat. Philosphy of clutter art is well portrayed here :-)
