Not sure if you have achieved what you wanted to, but this is the kind of feel i have been trying to get into some of my images. Liked the grains here. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Dinesh & Sriram.
For the grains, add grain and then sharpen 15/0.1 or some low figure multiple times ( must have done some 30-40 times for this one )
