Am seeing a dark patch on the left top, what is that Ganesh ? I would say this light is working extremely well for me, I was also thinking could you have gone for a in body multiple exposure, the second one keeping the moon in focus, may be also higher ISO for a faster shutter speed but same aperture so that it does not interfere with the dreamy background that you already have ? The DOF looks perfect and is creative a wonderful dreamy effect here. I was imagining an image where both the dew in the front to be focus and the moon at the rear to be in focus and the rest of the elements as they are . Making sense ?? Ignore if rubbish .

This is an amazing shot. The mood it brings about is so real I can go in it for morning walk. Talking about the posture of butterfly..i like it the way it is. maturity of this shot is in its "the way it is" feel. Elements in their retired nonchalance. Moon sinking with defocussed face, dew waiting to vaporise, butterfly witnessing play of two celestial objects with adieu on one wing and welcome on the other, light yet to find her feet, grass waiting to burst into focus makes it an ideal twilight song.

Ganesh, this is like kicking me in the butt . I just have one image with butterfly and one landscape image and I exactly am facing the same issue as yours!! I must confess the definition of the moon is not this much in the image that I had made. Will share an image - though it is not worth keeping in the portfolio, it would be worth experimenting with the white balance. Early morning light is divine and tough to reproduce for sure!

Nilanjan, those patches are trace of out of focus grass. I suspect two exposures would be tough to pull of due to gentle breeze and swaying grass/butterfly.
