RD, i really, really, really like this. personally, i would only play around a little with a few more pixels at the bottom, a little more dark space below the glow... to make me feel comfortable.
Hi DR, You've turned into a poet man! Love the deeply poetic light here. This image is so much about the unsaid. It gives a small cue and takes one on a journey into dark which is not "black" but deep like the unknown. The hint of color quivers like a siren which is hard to resist. And as Arati said I too would want to see some more space below the glow. It seems you guys have come back from CNP meet armed? with creative energies and it's showing. wow!! Thanks for sharing
Aha ! The red glow at the bottom and hint of some details in the shaded region makes it a nice composition. I like the proportion of saturated reds and darkness. I am tempted to suggest keeping this as is than adding more pixels below - kind of want to move away from 1/3. Or may be just about 10 more darker pixels at the bottom for my *renewed* taste buds. Thanks RD for sharing..
RD, Wish you had more space at the bottom and bit extra bright of red. Is that first rays on the Canopy? Where did you get this situation and glad you captured it nicely. This is the most unique seeing during the trek to Kodchi.
Just looking at it on calibrated display and this image is stunning. Simplicity at its best but the orange is whack on the face! A very minute opening up of rest of the frame would be good is what my hunch says. Very subtle and smooth this is !!
Thanks friends, For those who wished a bit more in the bottom, this is the way i saw and executed. I had lot of space to compose, but i chose this to my taste. Now it is a challenge to print large... what paper / canvas? best regards, -RD
