Landscape @ Night - II
This particular picture was taken at the same time when I took my last image. But this one shows the other side of the river. And this light is due to the reflection of camp light on the forest trees. No color correction has been done here. Used neat-image to reduce noise from the sky.

A very unique perspective here Saurabh. I love the other image more however. Lots of difference between the two for me. The first one has more realistic appeal while this one is more abstract - both are very creative however. If you could exclude those branches on the lower left it would have really added ! but then we may not get all we desire in nature..

Dear Ganeshsir,
Actually i also thought of clonning out those branches from the frame, but actually i did not want to make such big change as per the ethical values of CNP which i like the most here.
Thanks for all the tips that you give us, its tons of learnings for us.
Regards
have a great nature

This images strengths could also be its weak points, in any long exposure (I have not done any, so I am assuming) you need to expose for the brightest lights not getting washed out. Infact in this image these bright lights are contributing to the strengths of having a dramatic effect but at the same time they are contributing to the image being overdramatic. I need to really imagine which one is better among the two. The first one recreated the mood of a camp fire and this one stands out for a different mood how an animal views this effect of a campfire in its forest. All in all I liked the way you have attempted to create these images rather than make this image.

Nicely seen images Saurabh. You have really put nice efforts in thinking creatively and working towards it. I liked the first image more than this one.

Saurabh, It was great attempt here. I liked the idea behind both of your images. Need to balance the star trail and the landscape exposures. One can get mostly by trial and error based on the situations. However cool effort. TFS

hi! saurabh,

nice attempt. i think, there is double exposure due to a big jerk that must have moved your camera sideways. you see many parallels of similar objects, nearer the object - more distance between the parallels.

regards.
