You have written the title as "Team" - i thought about it for a while and tried to relate to what i was going through when i saw the image. I wanted to suggest "i am different" - but in a "team" if "you are different" its then you move up and forward. (Anyways wont get into too much of philosophical corporate references )

I feel the image can still hold a bit more of sharpening to define the birds further.

I welcome your thoughts on this image and suggesting a alternate title.

I named this image as 'Team' , since (even though) one of the birds seems to have different orientation, all are actually moving/progressing in the same direction. In corporate reference this is what we sometimes do : "Disagree-but-align"
