A Days End
Shot with with a wide angle after the peacock got close enough.
We spent a good days end with this co operative guy.
I feel this is not the ideal position for the subject, would love to know your thoughts

Hi Prithvi, Great shot. I actually dont mind the position of the peacock. I feel the top areas where there is sunlight could have been cropped. This would make the water background mystic with the peacock and lower areas in upright position and inverted reflection above.
After watching it for some more time ie after cropping, it looks as if the image was shot from within a cave and the peacock outside. Just another perspective.

I echo Vishvas's suggestion above. I too think excluding the light at the top makes it more interesting for my taste buds too. Also, a few more pixels at the right would add too. Thanks for sharing Prithvi..

Vishvas, I totally agree with you on the crop, loved your cave perspective of looking at the image.
Ganesh, I have another shot with more space on the right, but with more space came more distractions :-(, I will try posting that.

I guess Vishwas and Ganesh have told it above ... a slightly pano crop avoiding the sky and the sun in the top would def make wonders to this image and make it even more mysterious :)
Looking forward for its alternate compositions or illustrations in the forums.
