Love the way dragonflies are "Grounded". It will be good quiz to find the number of dragonflies in the frame in 30 seconds or so :) I also like the waves created in the reflection..

Id name it Parallel parking ( Hangar - 13 ). Hangar 13 because the 1st dragon fly sits atop the 13th reed from the left.. just my 2 weird cents.. heh heh.

For this image Jayesh, if this were my image, I would probably have kept the bent twig out of the composition. I was so desperately thinking a frame only with your straight lines and half of the frame has the strength of the punch of Md Ali :-). Though the two dragonflies are here, am mentally not seeing them....perfect example, where myself and Ganesh were discussing on non contributing important visual elements in a frame. There are times when presence of subjects in the frames cause delay in the travel time of the mind beyond the frame, we wish to include objects or subjects in the frame in our thoughts, but over looking them or accepting them non contributing individual elements helps to carry the message further or probably even in a different direction. Am looking forward to hearing Ganesh's comment on this....

Thanks...

Raviprakash:: I cropped part of original capture for square composition , otherwise two more dragonflies would be part of the number quiz :)

Sacha :::: Loved your title- Salute to your `Crazivity'

Nilanjan :: After reading your thoughts,i too felt that only vertical lines could have made a better composition.. I totally agree with you about
dragon flies as non contributing visual element in this frame....But when i was thnking about title, the resting dragon flies and the straight lines with
its reflection came in mind & decided the title.....

Nice graphical image Jayesh, high key works well and presence of dragon flies makes it great. Wish the water was still, would have created some puzzle to viewers.

jayeshbhai, after seeing this image for many times, i am still not able to say anything! completely agree with nilanjan's observation. i am not sure, maybe it's very large-size/tight-crop & thick gray border is hindering ... it must be my own limitation, though.

regards.
