very simple....the lack of clutter ..makes this image for me...( usually you get too many tree stumps in such images )

Fantastic feel of an uncertain calmness. The dead tree stumps alternately lined up is drawing my eyes into a central path...the ripples add to it.

Something like "The dead tree stubs are the sentinels along the path to the treasure mountain"
