The splash of water appears to be coming at us, Ganesh. Very light ripples of the water surface adds a nice contrast to the splash. Loved the overall feel of the image. Thanks for sharing, Ganesh.

Water explosion is awesome! The posture of the elephant gives an illusion of the water just coming into being on top of the elephant and exploding immediately :)

I was ready for a cool splash coming at me :) What a lovely creation, Ganesh!

That bright glow on water in the middle of the frame is beautiful!

Hats off to your processing skills man !!! Hats off. I have some very similar frames with those water bursting on top of the elephants heads, but they all look so merged in the background of the water, am simply amazed how well you have treated this image.....Great...

Was this made on the D800E Ganshi ??? Those details of the water splash has thrown me out of my chair man, I have the same image, made on a D300 and the details not anywhere closer to this boss....not even 20% of this.....man, am jumping seeing this image, and that Punjabi Photographer thought these details were for natural history....hahahahahahahaha. I can't explain how I feel the difference :-) :-)....

Yes Nilanjan, D800E, I think it will serve the purpose which I bought it for - cropping the images.

I will send you version made in D300 Ganesh, you will be amazed to see the difference in details of the splash in the water.......these are the little things which become so huge when medium format or some thing like a D800 comes in to use.....am slowly understanding a few things and smiling Ganshi......I am simply overwhelmed and bowled over by seeing this image.....simply can not stop coming back to it again and again dear....

Yes Nilanjan, there is a lot of difference in details between the two. However I tend to think D700 makes a bit more cleaner images. Both will be needed, useful and serves different purposes..

Ganesh, I like the uniform wavy pattern in the water from top to bottom. And of course water splash hitting the screen :-).
